PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE CONTACT FORM PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION – GDPR)

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), C Aviation S.r.l., acting as the Data Controller, hereby provides users with information regarding the processing of personal data collected through the completion of the contact form.

Personal Data Processed

The personal data processed consist of the information entered by the user in the contact form, including identification data such as name and contact details such as email address.
Only the personal data strictly necessary to process the user's request are collected, in accordance with the data minimisation principle set out in Article 5 of the GDPR.
The personal data provided will be processed by the Data Controller solely for the purpose of responding to the user's enquiry submitted through the contact form.

Purpose of the Processing

The personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form will be processed exclusively to respond to the user's enquiry or otherwise fulfil the request submitted through the form.

The IT systems supporting this process use email services configured to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information processed.

Nature of the Provision of Data and Legal Basis for Processing

The provision of personal data is mandatory in order for the Data Controller to respond to the user's request.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, namely the processing necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

Methods of Processing

Personal data are processed by electronic, telematic and, where necessary, paper-based means by authorised internal or external personnel who are specifically appointed for this purpose and bound by confidentiality obligations.
Personal data are processed and stored using appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to ensure their security, integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for a period of two (2) years from the date on which the contact request is submitted.

Disclosure, Sharing and Data Transfers

The personal data collected will not be disclosed, sold or shared with third parties without the express consent of the data subject, except where disclosure is required to authorised third parties who are bound by confidentiality obligations or appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Personal data may also be disclosed to the competent public authorities where required by law.

No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is envisaged.

Rights of the Data Subject

At any time, data subjects have the right to access their personal data and request their rectification, updating or erasure. They also have the right to object to the processing and to request restriction of processing, where applicable.
